The benefit packages for Virtual NEPC 2020 are designed and built with rich engagement tracking in mind — a significant benefit lacking in many traditional sponsorship opportunities for physical events.
A key part of this offering is the Virtual Swag Bag (click here to see an example), which allows our sponsors the opportunity to directly curate what goes into attendees’ swag bags, be it a prize, coupons or vouchers, a free white paper, or something else altogether. This provides robust reporting data such as how many people accessed it and how they interacted with the items in the bag, which we can share with sponsors and use to help inform what materials attendees found most valuable.
The virtual swag bag will be available not only to NEPC attendees, but will be promoted in CPA’s general email and social media campaigns (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc), which reach more 10,000 recipients. It will go live about 30 days before the convention starts and will remain open until December 31.
And along with NEPC, it will also be linked to each of the three events in our Fall CE Series (Oct, Nov, Dec), meaning your sponsorship and visibility dollars will be put to work over a much longer period, reaching a broad range of pharmacy demographics all across New England and beyond.
The Keynote Sponsor is the premier sponsorship of the New England Pharmacists Convention. As the Keynote Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to introduce Miss America Camille Schrier at her keynote address on the morning of Friday, September 11. You will also receive top-line space in all appropriate marketing and communications, as well as the opportunity to reach out directly to CPA’s stakeholders through co-branded email and social media posts.
Just because NEPC is virtual doesn’t mean our attendees don’t eat! The NEPC Lunch Sponsor will have the opportunity to help nourish attendees while they are part of the meeting. Each attendee will receive a $5 co-branded GrubHub digital gift card, with your logo, along with branding and recognition during lunch breaks. Cost of the gift cards is additional.
And who can make it through a great day of virtual conference-going without a nice cup of coffee to keep them energized? As the sponsor of one of the three available coffee breaks, your logo will appear on each of the $5 Starbucks digital gift cards that attendees will receive. A great way to have NEPCers “wake up” to your brand. Cost of the gift cards is additional.
Even virtual meetings need some networking time over a cocktail. As the Virtual Happy Hour Sponsor, you will be the host of NEPC Virtual Reception on Thursday, Sept 10, with the opportunity to say a few words or share a brief video. For some extra visibility, deliver a branded drinking glass or other appropriate bit of swag to each attendee beforehand so they can partake in style. Cost of gift and delivery is additional.
Don’t have much budget, but still want to get your message out? As noted above, our virtual swag bag will go live about 30 days before the convention starts and will remain open until December 31. And don’t forget, even though NEPC is virtual, out attendees aren’t! The still need pens and magnets, hand sanitizer and product samples–and maybe even some literature.
