Continuing Education

The State of Connecticut requires pharmacists to obtain 15 hours of continuing education credits on a calendar year basis. Five of the 15 CE credits must be obtained in a live format and 1 of the credits must be law. If you are an Immunizer, you are also required to take 1 hour of CE each year on any topic related to immunization.

LAW QUALITY ASSURANCE COURSE

Interested in learning more about quality assurance strategies in the pharmacy practice? Register for the CPA’s Online Pharmacy Law/Quality Assurance Course. This course is accredited by ACPE for 15 hours of home study law education. The two-week course schedule consists of online discussion boards, tests and quizzes. Participants must receive a 70% or higher to pass this course and receive CE credit.
