Why become a MENTOR?
Mentoring is a great way to give back to the practice of pharmacy and share your professional insight and experiences with new practitioners, pharmacy residents and pharmacy fellows. By becoming a mentor, you’re shaping the future of pharmacy, helping new practitioners get one step closer to their career goals while advancing patient care.
Interested in becoming a mentor for the first time, but not sure where to start? No worries! CPA will provide all the tips you need to create a meaningful experience for your mentee. Learn more about the roles and responsibilities of CPA mentors here.
Why become a MENTEE?
Whether you’re a final year pharmacy student, new practitioner, a pharmacy resident or fellow, becoming a mentee not only expands your professional network, but also equips you with the tools you need to advance in your profession.
As a mentee, you will gain a wealth of insight and experience found in mentoring relationships from a variety of practice interest areas. From CV reviews to mock interviews and cover letter prep to setting career goals and achieving work/life balance, you will have access to a wide range of benefits as a mentee–while establishing lasting connections with your mentor.
