CPA and CPF collect and use information only to advance our mission of supporting pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy students through education, research, advocacy, and community programs.

4. Purchases, Memberships, and Donations

All Sales Are Final

All sales, memberships, event registrations, program fees, merchandise purchases, and donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of administrative error or where required by law. If you believe a payment error occurred, contact cpa@ctpharmacists.org within 10 business days for review.

All websites and materials are provided “as is.” CPA and CPF make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.

9. Changes to Terms

CPA and CPF may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
