The annual Connecticut Compounding Conference (CCC) is a joint production of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Consulting Pharmacists (CT-ASCP); the Connecticut Society of Health-System Pharmacists (CSHP); and the Connecticut Pharmacists Association (CPA). Together, our outreach and education initiatives reach some 25,000 pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and others in retail pharmacy, pharmacy schools, health systems, long-term care facilities–every setting all across New England.
